John and I celebrated our 11th Anniversary this weekend. Ever the romantic guy, John planned a Greek adventure for me. My morning started with Greek pastries (no, we don't know what they were exactly!). We went and saw Mamma Mia!, which is filmed on a Greek island, and ate dinner at a Greek restaurant. He even printed an itinerary in Greek and signed my card with Greek expressions. Fun!No summer adventure would be complete without a trip to the State Fair. This year we saw animal shows - and yes, there was a singing pig! The show was sponsored by Kentucky Pork Producers. No joke. The girls had beautiful sparkling face paintings, too. It was a great weekend and filled with lots of love and adventure.
