Janelle started first grade and loves her class. She has her same teacher, Ms. Imorde, from last year, so the transition has been pretty smooth. Right now they are talking a lot about the Olympics. Today I went to school to help the class make tie-dyed olympic shirts. It was fun!
Amelia is also in the same class. This year she is one of the older kids, though, so it has changed her whole perspective. There are only five girls in her class and she is close to three of them. She is really starting to blossom into a little girl.
The girls are enjoying playing dress up still and walking Samantha, our dog. Summer may be over for now, but we are still having as much fun as possible!
